Where is the attraction?
Beale Park is handily situated by road or rail from Reading.
Which Parrot species do they have?
The Parrot species they have are Jenday Conures, Blue and Gold Macaws and Blue-throated Conures. Other animal species include capybaras, lemurs and squirrel monkeys.
How did they start?
Beale Park was started in 1956 by Gilbert Beale. It started as nothing more than a track and pond, before growing into the 350 acre site we know today.
What events do they have?
There are special events during the school holidays. At the park there’s a children’s railway, play areas and more.

Ticket prices cost a maximum of £12 and they are open regularly throughout the year.
