About this Product
The next level in foraging wheels.
A step up in terms of difficulty from the Original Foraging Wheel. Your Parrot now has to negotiate a larger device which works differently. You will find more space inside this Foraging Wheel - Large, so you can add more rewards as well as bigger ones.
Easily secures to the cage bars using two connectors, the Foraging Wheel - Large has five useable compartments. Fill each compartment with a different reward. This may be your Parrot’s daily food split into five portions or you can include fruits, nuts, paper and card to shred, wood blocks, leather and rope to chew, the possibilities to entertain are endless.
The see through design means your Parrot can clearly see the rewards inside. Using the grips or `handles` on the central hub your bird can rotate the compartments inside the Foraging Wheel - Large, forcing them around to the opening at the top right.
There they can retrieve and enjoy their reward.
There is a catch on the inside of the Foraging Wheel - Large which helps to stop your Parrot from spinning the wheel too freely; ensuring the task at hand remains challenging.

Toy Safety
Every Parrot is different and toys should be chosen with care to match your bird`s personality, as well as how strong and destructive they are. Many toys are made to be chewed and destroyed – that`s part of the fun – so if the toy doesn’t last as long as you expected this is probably because it wasn’t suitable in the first place.
The only toy that is 100% safe is the one that your bird never plays with. We strongly recommend close supervision, especially when introducing new or unfamiliar toys to your bird.
It is important to check toys regularly, you may need to repair or replace any which have become unsafe. Please pay particular attention to rope toys, any loose threads should be trimmed straightaway.
Please remove all packaging from toys and accessories before giving to your bird, this may include silica gel sachets which are non-toxic and help ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
