About this Product
Versatile wood wool for Parrot to explore in, chew up and preen on.
This Natural Untreated Shredded Foraging Wood for Parrots - 30g is a versatile addition in helping to keep your Parrot entertained and stimulated.
Your beaky buddy can enjoy chewing, shredding and foraging in it, safe in the knowledge it’s untreated, air-dried wood and no chemicals have been used.
Place in foraging toys as an alternative to crinkle paper filler, or stuff in to gaps in toys generally for your feathered friend to enjoy pulling out, chewing up and preening on.
Chewing on materials such as wood helps your Parrot to keep their beak healthy and trim.
Materials your companion can preen on can help reduce unwanted over-preening behaviours.
This Natural Untreated Shredded Foraging Wood for Parrots comes from sustainable sources and is recyclable.
Approximate weight is 30g – may vary.
This is a natural product, colour and thickness of shred may vary.

Toy Safety
Every Parrot is different and toys should be chosen with care to match your bird`s personality, as well as how strong and destructive they are. Many toys are made to be chewed and destroyed – that`s part of the fun – so if the toy doesn’t last as long as you expected this is probably because it wasn’t suitable in the first place.
The only toy that is 100% safe is the one that your bird never plays with. We strongly recommend close supervision, especially when introducing new or unfamiliar toys to your bird.
It is important to check toys regularly, you may need to repair or replace any which have become unsafe. Please pay particular attention to rope toys, any loose threads should be trimmed straightaway.
Please remove all packaging from toys and accessories before giving to your bird, this may include silica gel sachets which are non-toxic and help ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.
